Hytera Drives the Future of Mission-Critical Communications at MWC25

2025-03-11

BARCELONA, Spain - March 7, 2025 - Hytera Communications (SZSE: 002583), a global leader in professional communications technologies and solutions, unveiled the PNC660 5G Mission-Critical Ruggedized Smart Device in the Mobile World Congress 2025 (MWC25), taking place from March 3rd to 6th, 2025, in Barcelona, Spain. Alongside the event, Hytera presented its mission-critical portfolio across multiple protocols such as 4G/5G, Mission Critical Services (MCX), and Push-to-Talk over Cellular (PoC or PTToC), as well as Body-worn Camera (BWC) and Digital Evidence Management (DEM).

At MWC25, Hytera took center stage with the launch of its latest innovations in professional communication. On March 5, the PNC660 was unveiled onsite at the exhibition and online via a webinar. It redefines secure mission-critical communication with advanced capabilities tailored for public safety, emergency response, and industrial applications. Designed to meet the highest reliability and security standards, this cutting-edge terminal supports mission-critical push-to-talk (MCPTT), video (MCVideo), and data (MCData) services, ensuring seamless coordination in high-stakes environments. With robust 5G/LTE network connectivity, enhanced encryption, powerful performance and ruggedness, and an intuitive user interface, it empowers frontline teams with instant, secure, and high-quality communication. As the newest addition to Hytera’s MCX series, this device strengthens the product lineup, setting a new benchmark for efficiency and safety in critical operations.

Hytera's advanced one-stop MCX solution is designed to integrate multi-channel communication for mission-critical users, offering seamless connectivity across various communication platforms. Built on 3GPP standards, it demonstrated how seamless integration of MCPTT, MCVideo, and MCData enhances situational awareness and coordination for emergency response, public safety, and enterprise applications. This solution enhances efficiency and collaboration in environments where reliable, real-time communication is essential. It provides a comprehensive, flexible approach for managing diverse communication needs, ensuring high performance and scalability.

The second highlight at the booth was the Push-to-Talk over Cellular (PoC) solution. Hytera presented its public network PTT products and the latest PoC platform, including Hytera HyTalk, HyTalk Pro, and the new-generation PoC terminals P50, P50 Pro, and P30. HyTalk PoC platform offers instant voice, video, and data communication over commercial and private LTE networks. The cloud-based platform ensures uninterrupted, wide-area communication with superior scalability and coverage for industries and businesses.

The third highlight included Hytera’s advanced 4G/5G RAN solutions, engineered to meet the growing demands of mobile network operators (MNOs) and private LTE users requiring high-speed, reliable connectivity, aiming to bring more flexible and efficient network deployment and connectivity experiences. Hytera’s technology supports dual carriers, carrier aggregation, MIMO, and 256QAM high-order modulation, improving spectral efficiency and data transfer speed. This translates into a more stable network experience, lower latency, and higher bandwidth — essential for applications like IoT, smart cities, and autonomous driving, ensuring smooth and efficient data services. In critical sectors, Hytera’s solutions guarantee business continuity and real-time data transmission, ensuring high service availability.

As the fourth highlight, Hytera also emphasized its innovations in BWC and DEM. The latest 4G/5G smart SC series body cameras SC780 and SC880 integrate AI-powered video analytics, enhanced storage capabilities, and real-time streaming, empowering law enforcement and security teams with secure, tamper-proof digital evidence capture. Complementing these devices, Hytera’s DEM platform streamlines data organization, retrieval, and sharing, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and operational efficiency.
